BJK inspectors do not write the report during the inspection. They spend their time inspecting and explaining their findings to the clients present during the inspection process. They also take pictures of areas of concern and defects observed during the inspection phase. They then go back to the office and write a detailed report which includes detailed descriptions of the problems or deficiencies found and the photos taken.

The report is not an electronically generated generic check box or fill in the blank type document, it is a real and specific report on the property inspected. When the report is finished, it is reviewed and posted on the web by the following morning. Below are actual reports on inspections performed.
